A good choice that blends well with all the foods. Spicier than the classic flavor but with a… thinner flavor, if that’s a term. It doesn’t stand out as much, which is a good thing since it doesn’t conflict with other flavors as much. I get it less than the classic, though, since I like a little more presence in my hot sauce. Most people who visit pick the classic as well, so there’s some votes.
