Description BORN FROM THE STORM “Hurricane Michael hit the Florida Panhandle on October 10, 2018 as a category 5 storm. The damage to the area was devastating and many people were affected. Both my husband and I were out of work for a period, like so many others, while we tried to help our community recover. During this time we decided to play with an old salsa recipe and “make it our own.” We gave the salsa away to friends and people helping out in the area. It was well received and became so popular in the months to follow, we decided to brand our product. This is when Cat 5 Salsa was born.” Ingredients: Diced Tomatoes, Mangos, Onions, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Jalapeno Peppers, Vinegar, Citric Acid, Garlic, Salt, Spices.
