Since each product is handcrafted, they are unique and you have to understand that minor shape, dimensional, or weight changes from the product description may be present and cannot be considered as a reason for return. IN WHAT ALL CASES DO WE ACCEPT A RETURN?Returns are accepted if there is a Manufacturing DefectReturns are accepted if there is any damage occurred to the product while Shipping from our packing centre to the customer.Returns are accepted if there you receive an entirely different product than you ordered.WHAT PROCEDURE DO YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW WHILE RETURNING A PRODUCT?You have to e-mail us to [email protected] about the damaged item within 3 days of delivery. While emailing us, you have to include the order number, invoice copy, relevant photographs and reason for return. Also kindly include what you wish- a replacement/credit coupon or a refund. In the unlikely event that any product purchased from us develops a fault within the warranty period, we will solve the issue as per our warranty policy. Mannar craft products have a warranty against any material or manufacturing defect, for 1 year from the date of purchase or delivery. In the event of a problem, the user must contact the mentioned address and deliver the product to the address. Once the product is received, our quality control team will inspect the product and confirm the warranty claim. Please note that the decision of the quality control team will be final. If the warranty claim is accepted by us, a repair will be carried out or a new product or equivalent will be sent in exchange. Each cookware will have a specific lifetime according to the material by which it is made of. Under the terms of the warranty, Mannar craft has no further obligation other than to repair or replace a faulty product. Warranty is only applicable to manufacturing or material defects. Warranty does not cover in case of using the product for commercial usage or damage aroused from shocks, improper use, failure to follow the instruction for use and maintenance, or as a result of any modification or repair.
