Fantastic green. Besides using this in dishes like jerk seasoned chicken, I also spread a pat on a sandwich sometimes in place of a pickle relish, or use it in place of or in addition to a sofrito in PR style rice and beans. This stuff makes your food sing. It’s still such a well-made product in a day that many (I’m looking at you Capri Sun) are far degraded in quality.
